4. Client Responsibilities Clients must:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for Limit+ to deliver services.

• Ensure their infrastructure complies with applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain backups and data redundancies to prevent data loss.

• Avoid using Limit+ services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.

5. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the provision of services. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the tools, methodologies, and reports provided by Limit+ remain the exclusive property of Limit+. Clients are granted a non-transferable, limited license to use deliverables solely for internal purposes.

7. Service Limitations While Limit+ employs best practices to safeguard client systems, no cybersecurity solution is completely immune to breaches. Limit+ does not guarantee uninterrupted service or absolute protection against all threats.

8. Fees and Payment

• All fees for services will be outlined in the individual agreement.

• Payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or result in service suspension.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.

• Limit+ may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limit+ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
